❓ Why Didn’t I Get a Reward for My Team Ranking?

Players sometimes expect a personal reward at the end of the weekly Team Ranking in the Card Clubs, but such rewards are issued only in certain cases.

✅ Types of Team Competitions & How Rewards Work:

🟩 1. Club Contest (progress bar + gift boxes):

• Your team collects points together by playing rounds up to Kings.
• Each milestone box on the progress bar gives a team-wide reward.
• You receive your reward immediately after your team reaches each milestone.
• Inside your club, there's also a personal leaderboard showing who contributed the most — but this leaderboard does NOT give extra rewards.

💡 Example: If your team opened the 3rd gift box and you contributed points, you'll get that box's prize — regardless of your leaderboard position.

🟦 2. Top Clubs Weekly Ranking (Global Club Leaderboard):

• At the end of the week, the Top 3 Clubs globally receive extra magic rewards.
• You will get:
  • 🥇 10 Magic daily (1st place)
  • 🥈 5 Magic daily (2nd place)
  • 🥉 3 Magic daily (3rd place)
• To receive this reward, you must:
  • Be in the winning team
  • Score at least 1 point in that week’s club contest
  • Stay in the club after the contest ends

❌ What Does Not Give a Separate Reward:

• Being 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in your club’s internal leaderboard does not grant any additional prize beyond the milestone gift boxes.
• This list is only to show contribution, not for prizes.

🛠 What to Do If You Didn’t Receive a Club Prize:

1. Check if your team unlocked a gift box in the Club Contest.
2. Make sure you scored at least 1 point that week.
3. Verify whether your club made it into the global Top 3 (Club Ranking tab).
4. If everything seems correct but you still didn’t receive a reward, contact support and provide:
   • Your club name
   • A screenshot of your club leaderboard
   • Confirmation of your contribution (at least 1 point)
