Most commonly, the issue is related to premium (Magic Pass) rewards, which are only available after purchasing the Magic Pass for the current week.
🧙 What is the Magic Contest?
- The Magic Contest is a weekly tournament with a personal progress bar and leaderboard.
- You collect points for each tournament victory.
- As you progress, you reach milestones and earn rewards.
🛍️ What is the Magic Pass?
- The Magic Pass is a paid upgrade available during the Magic Contest.
- It adds bonus rewards between the regular free stages.
- These bonus rewards are only available if the pass is active during the same week.
📅 The Magic Pass is valid for one Magic Contest week only.
If you purchase multiple passes, they apply to future weeks as well.
❗ Why didn’t I get my reward?
If you reached a stage (e.g. 2,500 / 20,000 / 75,000 points) and didn’t receive the reward:
- The reward was likely part of the Magic Pass premium line
- If you did not purchase the Magic Pass, the premium reward will remain locked

- These rewards are separate from Magic Pass stages and are available to all players
