✨ Magic Contest: How It Works and Why Points Reset

The Magic Contest is a weekly competition that starts and ends at fixed times:
🕗 Starts: Every Wednesday at 8:00 AM PST / 7:00 PM CEST
🕖 Ends: The next Wednesday at 7:59 AM PST / 6:59 PM CEST

🎯 How Points Are Earned:

• You earn Magic Contest points by winning tournaments.

• Valid formats: Tournaments, GastroTour, Knockout, and Duels.

• Training does not count toward contest points.

• Only victories count — if you don’t win the tournament, you get no points.

After each victory, you’ll see:

• How many points you earned

• How many more you need for the next stage and reward

🏆 Contest Structure:

• The contest has 5 fixed stages with rewards

• There’s also a weekly leaderboard with prize places

• You can check your current position by clicking the arrow on the right side of the main screen

❗ Why Did My Points Reset? Where Did They Go?

If you’re asking:

• "Why am I back to stage 1?"

• "I had 200 points, now I have 0!"

• "I was close to the next reward, why did everything reset?"

• "Where did my points go?"

• "Why am I starting from scratch again?"

👉 Don’t worry — this is expected behavior.
All points reset automatically every Wednesday when a new Magic Contest begins.

This is not a bug or mistake. The contest is weekly, and everyone starts fresh each time.
