The game loads up to 60%

If your game doesn't load and the loading stops at 60%, it means that the game does not receive a response signal from the social network server.

1. Please try to completely log out of your page and log in again by entering your username and password. This will help if your page couldn't connect.
2. First, try to clear the cache of the browser. You can learn how to do that in our article here.
3. Try to disable Ad blocker in your browser or your anti virus app.

Please note that: 

• In most cases, loading up to 60% means problems on the part of the social network. Check how your other games work. Please note, we can't affect the performance of sites. If this is a problem with the site, we will simply wait with you until everything gets better.
• If the download problem persists for more than five minutes, you can be sure that we are already aware of the problem. Please do not report this to game support.
